GO Car Wash

I love this carwash. Cory and the rest of the crew here at Lynnhaven are awesome, so helpful and professional. My monthly membership is a great value. I've been a long time member and I would highly recommend go carwash to keep your ride clean always!

I want managers and higher-ups to pay attention to this! After many years of being a member and regularly visiting this and other locations, this is by far the most disrespectfully I have ever been treated at this car wash. First, this location recently started using a dirty mop-like brush to “wash” the back of customers’ cars for some reason. The spray before entering the washing bay has always seemed more than sufficient to me. I understand that some customers may like this extra step, and that’s fine. However, if you decide to use it, please make sure your employees understand that not every customer wants their car scrubbed with this thing. In the past, whenever I didn’t want it used, I would simply wave to the attendant through the window or lightly honk, and they would stop. In the best cases, they would use the spray instead. This time, however, the situation was absolutely outrageous. A new attendant continued scrubbing my car with this mop-like brush despite multiple attempts to get his attention by honking. He clearly heard me because he looked up, but he continued. I honked again and again, and even when I was continuously honking, he still did not stop. As you can

I initially came here for the free car wash offer, but my car died as I was about to pull into the car wash, and again while I was exiting. The wonderful employees helped me push the car into a parking space and jump start it twice. Unfortunately I was not able to utilize the vacuum as I was trying to get my car running, but I will definitely come back.

First of all their car wash wasn’t really working that day did not find out about that until after she took my money. I know this because she was talking to her district manager on the phone when I went in to make a complaint. Why would you continue to take people’s money if you know there is an existing problem? She had me run my car through again. No results still. When I try to explain that the car was still dirty and told her to go look at my car. All I wanted was a REFUND rightfully so since services were not rendered. She proceeded to tell me that she let my car go through twice. It doesn’t matter how many times it goes through if the car wash is having issues. She said she couldn’t give me a refund but had NO PROBLEM taking my money knowing there were issues on their end. Never would I ever come to this RIP OFF a place again. I am sure my $20 dollars provided the owner with lunch money. Customer service zero. Accountability zero. This is just one photo there are many more. Should be zero stars but would not let me post unless I did at least one star. LAME

I really enjoy this location. The staff is fantastic, the wash (typically) is too, and the free vacuums, glass cleaner, and microfiber towels are great too. Today I came in and unfortunately my wash didn’t do a super great job, the back was still full of smudges and dirt even with the $25 wash. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I drove off the location due to having to quickly go to an appt afterwards. So maybe keep an eye on that if you’re coming here. Usually I don’t have an issue with this. The only suggestion I have is to maybe look into getting an air hose so customers can blow out the cracks & crevices. I really enjoy carwashes that have those too.
